We only hire passionate Caregivers who love what they do for those in need. Here’s what makes us very different. When we start a new Daily Case we send 3-5 Caregivers that first week. Then we call the Client and ask which Caregiver did they like the most. If they say they liked Susan the most then we call Susan and ask her if she liked the Client and wants the case. We call that Match Making for Care. Cases like that last for YEARS when the Client loves their Caregiver and the Caregiver loves their Client!!
JUST KNOW OUR POLICY IS: We are promising our Clients that our Caregivers are AMAZING! So to make sure our CG’s do not give 100% their first week, then slack off as time goes by…WE CALL each Client every two weeks to ask how YOU are doing! We expect 100% from you every shift, all shifts. We understand people have bad days, but just know that we know, the only way a CNA can have a long career and please their Agency and Clients is by giving 100% every hour of every day. Our Client’s lives and lifestyles depend 100% ON YOU!
