A Client & Caregiver should have a strong Bond!

Our goal is to “MATCH” the Client and Caregiver so that they form a friendship and bond based on love for one another. The result is Client & Caregiver “LIKE” one another making it less stressful for each!

Our approach is more like a Match-Making Service for the CNA/Client!

For every new 12 to 24-hour Client, we’ll send a few different Caregivers in the beginning and ask the Client and ask “Who was your favorite?” Then we see if our Caregiver wants/likes the case based on the Client, the hours, and a comfortable distance from their home.

This allows the Client and Caregiver to “choose” one another! When the Client loves the Caregiver, and the Caregiver loves the Client…that relationship can last for years, making that bond between Client and Caregiver so strong they are usually together the rest of that client’s life!

No other Agency in the Senior Homecare service industry does these things to ensure Client AND Caregiver satisfaction! PERIOD…

Going forward, we call the Client (or family) every 2-4 weeks and survey them on how is our Caregiver doing? We do this to make sure our Caregiver is giving 100% and consistent with their initial impression.

We carefully select our Licensed CNA’s by checking their past references from families to sometimes former employers. We pay them well and treat them well as they are the most important part of our business future growth!

“We Keep MOM Smiling!”

March 23/2023 "I just found out Mercy moved to Texas and started her own Senior Care Agency called Heart of Mercy Homecare...and wow am I excited for her future! Mercy is AMAZING and I can say this because she took care of my Father-in-Law Tom on the weekends this past year! WE/HE miss her tremendously! What an appropriate name because Mercy has a loving heart and treats her clients like they're her own family! We will miss her in Florida because there will never be another MERCY for my husband's Dad! 🙁I know her new business will be a huge success in Texas as she mentors her own Caregivers to have a Merciful Heart for every Client her company cares for! God Bless you Mercy My Dear.... Tracey (10 Stars!)

  • Fall Prevention Care

Fall Prevention is Critical Care #1
Accidental falls are the leading cause of injury in adults over the age of 65. Many times, the damages from falling are not recognized at first and the failure to recognize symptoms of injuries can often be fatal. Most elderly fall victims injuries can cause the patient to be removed from their home forever. The unfamiliarity of moving to an Assisted Living or worse, a nursing home, often times results in confusion and depression which often times can shorten their lives.
Fall Prevention Home Care is VITAL
Most falls happen due to losing their balance, or grip on a stair rail. Stubborn patients often neglect to use a walker, cane, or other assistive device as a result. An attentive Caregiver focuses on reducing the risk of injury from falls and encourage safe independent living in their own home.

It’s fair to say that just about every person would prefer to remain in their own home that they’re familiar with, as opposed to some facility where they feel out of place and usually confused.

We specialize in around-the-clock 24/7 care which allows your loved one to age in place instead of moving to an assisted living or worse, a nursing home.
